Which printing methods do you use?
We use four methods, picking the best one for each product:
- DTF / DTG for detailed, full-colour designs on T-shirts and hoodies
- Screen printing for bold designs and large bulk orders
- Sublimation for mugs, jerseys and polyester items
- Embroidery for logos on polos, caps and uniforms
Will the print fade or crack after washing?
No. Our prints are made to last for many washes. For the best results, wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach, and do not iron directly on the print.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes! The more pieces you order, the lower the price per piece. For team, event, school or corporate orders with your own logo, use our Bulk Orders form and we'll send you a quote.
How do I choose the right size?
Our T-shirts, polos and hoodies come in a regular fit from XS to 3XL. If you're between two sizes, we recommend picking the larger one. Mugs, caps and bags are one size.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum for products in our store — you can order just one piece. Bulk prices start from 10 pieces.
Can the printed colour look different from the screen?
Slight differences are normal, because every screen shows colours a little differently and inks look different on each fabric colour. We check every print to keep it as close as possible to the design.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you can track its status anytime from My Orders in your account menu. You'll see updates as your order moves through design check, printing, quality check, shipping and delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as online payments via Razorpay, which supports credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
What is your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or in the wrong size, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it. Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
How long does delivery take?
Every item is printed after you order it, which takes 1-3 business days. Delivery then takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Bulk orders may need extra printing time, which we'll confirm with you. You'll receive updates by email as your order is printed and shipped.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel an order yourself from My Orders while it is still pending. Once our team has started the design check or printing, the order is being made just for you and can no longer be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order.
Do you ship to my location?
We currently ship across India. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order.
How can I write a product review?
Once your order has been delivered, you can leave a review from the product page or from My Reviews in your account menu. Reviews are moderated before they appear publicly.
